What are your standard delivery times?
Most of our furniture items are delivered within 3-5 working days. For larger items requiring a two-man delivery team, it may take up to 7-10 working days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a collection fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all daals products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and workmanship to ensure your peace of mind.
Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a unique consignment number to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Currently, we do not offer an in-house assembly service. However, all our products come with detailed, easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware for self-assembly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay to help you spread the cost.
